We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- Within your organization: Users in the same tenant can see shared posts, keywords, and contribution leaderboards.
- Service providers: We use third-party APIs (YouTube Data API, Meta Graph API, Twitter API, LinkedIn API) to fetch publicly available post metadata. These requests are subject to each platform's respective privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and JWT-based authentication. OAuth tokens for connected accounts are stored securely and are never exposed to other users or third parties.
6. Data Retention
Social media post data is retained for a rolling 7-day window and automatically purged after expiry. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting your organization's administrator or reaching out to us directly.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of connected social media accounts is subject to the privacy policies of those platforms:
